Agents are required to treat all customer communications, including messages, attachments, and related data, as confidential and sensitive information.

Customer messages may not be copied, screenshot, downloaded, stored outside approved systems, shared, forwarded, or otherwise distributed unless expressly authorized for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with company policy, data protection requirements, and applicable law. Unauthorized handling, disclosure, or distribution of customer information may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, and may expose the individual and company to legal liability.
